Ingredients You Need for Peppermint Crunch White Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

  • 10 oz. Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers or other quality white chocolate
  • 8 graham crackers
  • Crushed peppermint (candy canes, sprinkles, or peppermint candies)

Instructions: How to Make Peppermint Crunch White Chocolate Covered Graham Crackers

  1. Place Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers (or chopped white chocolate) in a microwave-safe container.
  2. Microwave the chocolate for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly, as the product often retains its shape until stirred. If not completely melted and smooth, continue to microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring after each, until perfectly smooth. Be careful not to overheat, as this can cause the chocolate to burn.
  3. Dip each graham cracker into the melted white chocolate, ensuring both sides are coated. Use a fork to help lift and drain excess chocolate, then place them on parchment paper.
  4. Immediately add crushed peppermint generously to the top of each chocolate-covered graham cracker before the chocolate sets.
  5. Let the graham crackers sit at room temperature until the chocolate is fully set and firm. Alternatively, place them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes for faster setting.
  6. Once set, they are ready to serve or store.

#2. Smooth Vanilla Bean Fudge: A Decadent Delight

Prepare to be enchanted by this dreamy Smooth Vanilla Bean Fudge. It’s incredibly creamy, rich, and utterly delicious, melting in your mouth with every bite. The classic vanilla flavor makes it a versatile canvas for various add-ins, or you can simply enjoy it as is. If you don’t have vanilla bean paste on hand, a good quality vanilla extract will work perfectly, though the paste adds an extra layer of gourmet vanilla essence that truly elevates this white chocolate candy recipe to heavenly status!

More Variations for Your Vanilla Bean Fudge

  • Fruity Additions: For a vibrant pop of color and a touch of fruitiness, we used candied cherries, which are sweet and reminiscent of fruitcake. If you prefer a brighter, slightly tart flavor, maraschino cherries are an excellent alternative – just be sure to drain and thoroughly pat them dry with paper towels before chopping to avoid excess moisture. Another fantastic option for a tart element is dried cherries, adding a lovely chewiness.
  • Nutty Enhancements: Our recipe features chopped California walnuts, but you can customize this to your liking. Almonds, pecans, pistachios, or even robust black walnuts would be delicious. For a pure, unadulterated vanilla experience, feel free to omit the nuts entirely. This homemade fudge is a huge crowd-pleaser either way!
  • Chocolate Alternatives: While white chocolate creates a beautiful, creamy base for this vanilla fudge, don’t hesitate to experiment. You can easily substitute white chocolate chips with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or even peanut butter chocolate chips for different flavor profiles. Get creative and make it your own!
